The best way to get over (pre-birthday) depression !


Hi guys šŸ™‚

I just want to tell you what the best way to ger over pre-birthday depression is: to throw a party !!! And a really good one if possible šŸ˜‰

I’m not just kidding or so- theĀ  most important component in treating depression is to activate the client, just to get him out of that typical, lethargic mood ofĀ  “I don’t really want to do anything”.

It’s about enabling opportunities to have some positive experiences. When you are doing nothing, you don’t really get a chance to experience positive human interaction, positive feedback, acceptance etc. You create your own lack of positive stimuli and as a result of it you feel bad.

So- get out and go to a party or make one yourself šŸ˜‰
